Paralegal Degree Program

The Associate of Applied Science Degree Paralegal Program (AAS Degree) provides comprehensive preparation for a paralegal career and is the perfect option for those seeking their first college degree. It provides a practical and intense study of a variety of areas of law and completes this experience through a well-rounded offering of general education classes. The AAS Degree can also lead directly to the Bachelor of Arts: Law and Business program for those interested in pursuing a related bachelor's degree.

Applicants must hold a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent and pass an entrance exam in order to be accepted into this program.

Students may complete their degree in as little as 20 months by attending on-campus morning classes, Saturday classes, or the evening online paralegal program. The paralegal degree consists of a total of 60 semester credit hours, or two full academic years of college.
