From researching case law to interviewing witnesses, the school thoroughly prepares one for the hectic schedule of a paralegal and all the challenges that will be faced. After working in management for about six years I decided to make a career change. The Center For Advanced Legal Studies offers a paralegal certificate. In addition, the specialized training went well with my degree in Criminal Justice. The program lasted 7 months and I found a part-time job working with a Family Law attorney.

Through my education and training I have landed a great job with an International IP firm. Another great benefit is the lifetime career placement offered by the school. The program was short and beneficial but also necessary for a start in the legal field.
